Shimoda Design
Carmel has been a brand ambassador of Shimoda Australia since 2019. Throughout this time she has used a range of their top products including the ExploreV1, the ActionX V2, the DV Roller Bag and their newest range released in June 2023, the ActionX Woman’s Collection. For approximately 9 months, Carmel worked along side Shimoda Designs sampling and discussing the design of the new collection that through real-world testing and guidance has helped Shimoda develop the new woman’s collection. Included in Carmel’s kit is the range of internal core units and assessors made for adventure photogrpahers.
Through her work with Shimoda and Australia’s distributor, Maxxum pty.ltd of leading brands, she has also become an ambassador for other international brands including Samyang & Benro.
The Samyang lenses in her kit include the 24mm 1.8, 14mm 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8 and 85mm 1.4.
